Today my daughter and I came for a gel manicure and pedicure. I usually see anyone and have a great experience. But today Tom went above and beyond while working with a cast on my hand. He was gentle, thorough and made sure he was not hurting me. It truly made my day. Thank you Hannah for your guidance and especially Tom for your work and care. We will be back! Zoe and Hanna were amazing. Nails turned out beautifully. I requested basic French gel (because I'm basic) and my friend requested a coffin nail in a nude pink with a subtle shimmer (because she's not). Pedicure was great (cucumber and my callouses are GONE). The massage chairs were comfortable enough. Vibe is bright and clean. Would totally go back next time I'm in town
I came in not even a week ago for a full set and a pedicure. I love my pedicure and the lady doing it was so sweet and did an amazing job, but my nails did not turn out The way that I wanted them to or expected. I showed my inspo pictures and I know everything isn’t going to look like the picture. But it was pretty far off in my opinion. And everyone has been telling me that they look like press on nails as well as duck nails and that I need to call. I called the salon to see if there was anything that could be done with my nails because I’m just so disappointed and upset after spending almost $200 and it would be a $35 Charge to get them fixed I’m overall just not pleased with my experience and I won’t be returning. Especially as someone who works at a salon, I don’t expect every place to be the same, but I just wish I could’ve been happy with the results
I cannot say enough about this place! I stumbled upon it when researching best nail salons near me. I’m not over exaggerating when I say this is the best nail salon I have been to and I have been to many in and out of state. I had the pleasure of having Julie/Julia doing gel French manicure. She literally is the sweetest and so detailed oriented. I wish I would have found her before my wedding! I didn’t feel like for a second she was rushing at all! She didn’t even know I was a new customer, but the service she provided definitely made a great first impression. Numerous times throughout the service she asked if I liked my nails 💅 and not once did I say no. I stopped getting French manis because I felt like multiple people would jack up my tips but not Julie/Julia! And then the owner Hanna is the sweetest as well. On the phone and in person you can tell she really values her customers new and regulars. I loved the service so much I booked a gel pedicure for the next day and unfortunately had to reschedule and Hanna could tell how upset I was and was able to get me in the following morning. I had a lovely older gentleman do my pedi and I didn’t get his name unfortunately, but again customer service did not fall short!!! Again I can’t say enough about this place!!!! Hanna and Julie you guys have a forever customer ❤️ thank you for everything, you guys don’t know how bad I needed this “me time” after a rough week😊🥰!
so happy with my gel manicure I was really worried since i have such short nails and they were very thin and some were cracked from acrylics and taking half off myself without acetone! Everyone is super friendly it’s really nice, they care about there customers they have snacks and water available and we’re giving out free lotion at least today 12/7 EDIT: 5/1 still coming here even though i moved to penfield so worth it I switched to builder gel since my nails were super thin and they always do a good job for the past 5 months i’ve gone never had a bad experience everyone is so nice (flower pic is by zoe im pretty sure) she did amazing
